Prior to obtaining a Florida Real Estate License, I worked in a law office performing various tasks related to real estate, including drafting deeds and leases, reviewing title searches, producing title commitments and policies, calculating closing figures, preparing settlement statements and closing documents, etc. Prior to that, I worked as a mortgage loan officer performing all tasks required to arrange financing for homeowners and I have followed changes in the financing industry throughout the years in an effort to remain current on all trends. I have owned and operated four successful businesses, providing me experience in multi-tasking, marketing, customer service, negotiating, and detail management. During my first full calendar year as a RE/MAX Realtor, I made it into the RE/MAX 100% Club, the third level of success at RE/MAX. I owe my success to my previous experiences, as all have provided me with expertise that gives me an advantage in my current position, as a sucessful Realtor must be able to do much more than just show houses.

My office is located near the boarder of Palm Beach County and Broward County, in southeast Florida and I have handled properties on the west coast of Florida too.
